Our Principal Consultants are strategic leaders who combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to help deliver transformational CRM solutions for our clients. In this role, you will serve as a senior technical and strategic leader, driving complex customer relationship management implementations and digital transformation initiatives from initial conception to delivery.
Our North American CRM practice empowers enterprise clients to transform their customer engagement with Creatio, the industry-leading no-code CRM platform.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities
- Lead and architect end-to-end CRM solutions on Creatio for enterprise clients, with expertise extending across BI/Analytics and EPM practice areas
- Serve as trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior stakeholders on CRM strategy, customer experience optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
- Drive business development through thought leadership in CRM best practices, solution design, and client relationship building
- Oversee multiple concurrent CRM engagements while maintaining quality and delivery standards
- Mentor and develop junior and senior consultants, fostering technical excellence in CRM technologies and professional growth
- Develop our CRM service offerings, methodologies, and technical capabilities
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client presentations focused on CRM and customer experience topics
Requirements
- 7+ years of consulting or industry experience in CRM solutions and CX optimization
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-million dollar CRM implementations
- Deep expertise in enterprise CRM platforms, particularly Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CX.
- Expertise with C# and .NET frameworks for CRM integrations and custom solutions
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, cloud platforms, and large-scale DB architectures
- Experience with CRM data migration, integration, and analytics initiatives
- Demonstrated success in CRM and CRM business development
- Experience managing and developing teams focused on CRM implementations
- Master’s degree in STEM field or MBA preferred; exceptional candidates with relevant experience considered
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Stay current with AI/ML trends and their applications in CRM, customer analytics, and marketing automation
- Ability to discuss AI capabilities for customer experience enhancement and CRM optimization with clients in a consultative manner
- Understanding of how AI technologies can transform traditional CRM workflows and customer engagement strategies
