Praesto Consulting is founded, delivering Oracle performance management, business intelligence and customer experience solutions.
2022
Boxfusion Consulting joins
The award-winning Oracle CX consultancy, headquartered in London, brings customer experience and user experience design to the group.
2023
Carruthers + Jackson merges with the group
The data consultancy led by Caroline Carruthers adds data strategy and data maturity assessment, from strategy through to implementation and support.
2025
BrightFrog joins
The healthcare digital transformation specialist adds programme, project and change management.

We specialise in data and insights, enterprise performance management (EPM), customer relationship management (CRM) and managed services and support, with partners including Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau and Creatio.

Boxfusion Consulting
Boxfusion is an award-winning Oracle partner that helps brands deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences. They cover the full project lifecycle: technology advice, implementation, user experience (UX) design and Oracle managed services.

Carruthers + Jackson
Carruthers + Jackson helps organisations harness their data to think, and then do, differently. Founded by data leaders Caroline Carruthers and Peter Jackson, authors of The Chief Data Officer’s Playbook, they build data strategies, assess data maturity and coach data leaders.

BrightFrog
BrightFrog is a digital healthcare transformation partner. They combine strategy, delivery and people to bring about transformational change, and have delivered large EPR (EHR), ERP, CRM and BI programmes across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, leisure and travel.
